Very Inspiring Blogger Award

vib11A special thanks to both Maegan Provan (love her name!) and the awesome Tricia Drammeh who have nominated me for the Very Inspiring Blogger Award. Be sure to check out both their blogs!

The Rules of the Award are as follows:

  1. Display the award logo on your blog.
  2. Link back to the person who nominated you.
  3. State 7 things about yourself.
  4. Nominate 15 bloggers for this award and link to them.
  5. Notify those bloggers of the nomination and the award’s requirements.

In keeping with the rules here are seven random things about me right now – yes, you get the randomness in REAL TIME!

  1. I am drinking a vanilla frappuccino
  2. I have a cat laying next to me, sucking out my body heat.
  3. I have Roxette’s “The Look” stuck in my head
  4. I am listening to Lotte Kestner’s version of Mr. Blue to try to remove said song.
  5. I am now thinking of Placebos’ Running Up That Hill, as those songs seem to go together in my head for some reason.
  6. The cord to my laptop just randomly fell out. It does this all the time. My old Dell did, too.
  7. I have so many vampire writing ideas percolating in my head it makes it hard to concentrate on real life.
  8. EXTRA: I have updated my Links You Should Know page. Check it out!

And now I must nominate 15 bloggers (holy cats!) for this award.

  1. Juli Hoffman
  2. Jonathan Harvey
  3. LC Cooper
  4. Sassy Sue
  5. Victoria Barrow
  6. Stephannie Beman
  7. Roger Lawrence
  8. Lariats and Lavender
  9. Lindsey Parsons
  10. Emily Guiddo
  11. Beth Muscat
  12. Reena Jacobs

     /  January 31, 2013

Thank you for loving my name. I do just want to say that it’s Maegan but it’s cool. I get it all the time 😀 I felt you deserved and you are very talented, why not get recognition for it, right? ❤

  3. Thanks for the nomination umm I have one of those awards already….

    7 random

I wish I had ideas in my head for writing. Well I have them but can’t seem to write them
my computer is slow and I sit here tapping my fingers on the table most of the time
the flooding is over, now it’s freezing
looked at your links – thank you – vampire sociologist?
I am drinking hibiscus tea which I discovered in Egypt
my intuition tells me this will be a weird year
    brain dead no more ideas

  4. Thanks much. Didn’t have 15 nominations to make, so do I only get half an award for nominating 8? My post goes live tomorrow.

  5. YEAH!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you!!! I’m traveling to the Book Expo for the next few days but when I return I will thank you properly!!!!!! Lots of love, Emily

  6. congrats on the award. I understand about all the vampire stories. Too bad computers can’t read our minds and take notes automatically. lol Then we wouldn’t be grabbing bits of paper, napkins, whatever

  7. Thanks for nominating me! I just got around to posting on it.

I have a Compaq with a cord that falls out like that, too. And thanks, now “The Look” is in my head. hehe I enjoy the song and haven’t heard it in a long time, so that’s not a bad thing. I’ve had snippets of the Red Drawf going through my head lately, so it’s actually nice to think of something else for a change.

    • ha ha! Always happy to share and now, after reading this comment – I have it back :p Beat Gotye’s song which I have had for days….
