The Future of Amaranthine

Though I officially announced that Goddess of Night will be the final book in the Amaranthine Series, it won’t be the last for the Amaranthine Universe. Here’s a look at what’s coming:

October 2016: Patrick’s story (Title to be announced)

The prequel to Shades of Gray. When Patrick’s missing brother reappears, he offers a crazy explanation for his absence: he’s been turned into a vampire and is little more than a slave to the coven. Patrick manages to drink away his disbelief, but not his terror. Still, scared or not, his brother is his responsibility, which means he has to try to help him escape the clutches of the immortals – even if he has to die trying.

March 31, 2017: Goddess of Night – book 9

Katelina, Jorick, and the others return to take on Lilith and end this once and for all. But after parting on uneasy terms with Samael, will the ancient be an ally, or will they have to face him as well?

TBA 2017/2018: Dawn of Darkness: Jorick’s story

You asked for it! A Jorick stand alone that covers his life before Katelina.

2018: Title TBA

The first of a new trilogy featuring someone unexpected from the Amaranthine series. All your favorites will still be there, but someone else will get to take the driver’s seat. This largely depends on how Goddess of Night ends up working out, so it may be something very different than I have planned right now.

In the meantime you can count on more Tales of the Executioners, and perhaps other short stories.

What would you like to see from the Amaranthine universe? Are you excited for Patrick’s story? Jorick’s? Should I change the covers? Or maybe kill Verchiel off? (Ha ha! Just checking to see if you read all the way to the end!)

I would love a short story of when Jorick was watching Katelina and him falling in love with her.

    sounds like a wicked plan!

  7. I’ll be sad to see the main series come to an end, but I’m glad you have lots of other stories planned in the Amaranthine world.

I love the covers! And the books! I would like to see all the characters find a companion. i honestly don’t know what I want to see happen. I think I would like to see more into Samael’s mind. He seems so indifferent to so many things…it would be interesting to kind of shake him up a bit, see if he still has any shreds of humanity left in there.
