I also post excerpts of 1,000 words or less as well as author interviews.
Would you like your character(s) interviewed for a future blog post? It can be your main character, a fun side character, or even a pair of characters (like your romantic pairing, maybe?). Just choose your story and your character and answer these 10 questions as though your character was answering them. If you don’t have an answer for a question, or it doesn’t apply, then just skip it.
Please send the answers to Joleene@JoleeneNaylor.com along with any images you’d like included (you need to own a license or have permission to use them, please). Don’t post them as a comment to this post.
If your character is from a book that’s for sale, be sure to include a link to where readers can buy it!
I will post on a first come first serve basis and will let you know before your interview goes live.
Have fun and look forward to your answers!
1- tell me a little about yourself (what do you look like, where do you live, what book are you in)
2- How do you evolve during the course of the story/series?
3 – Do you have an enemy or nemesis? If so, who are they and how did they become an enemy?
4- What is the biggest challenge you face in the story?
5 – What is the one event that you feel has helped to shape your personality?
6-Are you involved in a romance? If so with who and what is it about them that you find appealing?
7 – What is the one thing you want the most in the whole world?
8 – If you could say one thing to your readers, what would it be?
9- If you could say one thing to your author, what would it be?
10-What 2 or 3 questions do you wish I’d asked, and what are your answers to them?

/ September 1, 2012Hey Jo this is a pretty good idea though I am afraid to allow any of my characters enough free time to be interviewed by you. They’ve got to keep at it, nose to the grindstone….and you are way too sharp for them anyway.

/ September 3, 2012well, it’s Katelina who interviews them and she’s kind of dim sometimes 😉 LOL!
